Hi All,
A couple of months back I posted about my frustrations with finding a reliable super-mini and/or supplier. I was bent on giving up e-cigarettes until reliability was no longer an issue. I like guarantees but, at least the suppliers in China I've dealt with, know next to nothing about customer support. Ruyan Direct was willing to replace the faulty atomizers, 901, but I had to send the bad ones back & then they would send the replacements via snail mail. Not only do they expect me to pick up the return shipping they expect me to wait maybe 40 days for the replacements. Now I don't know about you but I buy a lot online or even sometimes by phone. Included with the package shipped to me is a return shipping free label. Why should I have to ante up more money? I'm purchasing in good faith.
I decided to try one more time. My very first e-cigarette was a DSE 103. I still have 1 atomizer from my original purchase in July 2008. So I thought I would try the same model again. I purchased 4 103 batteries & atomizers from:
trueman-ecig.com
The shipping was reasonable & I received my supplies in 7 days, counting the weekend. True to super-mini form, 2 atomizers died in 1 week. I contacted Trueman about the guarantee. They were a bit slow to respond but when they did it was a notification that the replacements had already been shipped to me via express. Less than a week later, I have them. None of that you ship them back to use then we'll ship you new ones.
Now, I'm pretty sure they just lost money on my original purchase. But I think if everyone purchased only from suppliers with guarantees just maybe the qualtiy will improve. Feet to the fire & all that.
Anyway, Trueman will get ALL of my business in the future.
Doris
