wow, i never would have thought they would honour a 5 year gurantee. this is madness!! im have tempted cough-up the change for a sedansa or ruyan now. 5 years!! they must be betting on my death. :D

Ya think so???!!! Ha! I hope not.

Yeah, it's worth it to me to go with the expensive guys because at least I know the quality is the best (for what it's worth) and that I will get replacements for five years. That's fantastic. Until the technology improves, I won't go with anyone with only a 30-day guarantee or warranty. Or companies that do not warranty the batteries, which I heard e-cig.com doesn't warranty them, but that was rumor. Don't quote me.

Marian, thats the problem for me--i refuse to wait two weeks or more for ecigs or replacement parts that should take more like two days...

and i expect emails answered promptly, not after a week of trying...otherwise forget it...

unfortunately that seems to be how it is presently in europe with the big brands...they all need to get their acts together.

Yes, Mr. Darcy, customer service should be of utmost importance to all of these vendors; however, many of them took off in their businesses, trying to cash in on this Gold Rush; however, many of these people are not busniness-oriented and have no business sense.

People want to feel secure about their purchases and do not want to be ripped off or ignored. This has happened to me more than once, and I have ended up "firing" them.

Calls and e-mails must be returned immediately just like if the customer were in a real store, asking the clerk a question or two. Just because it's the Internet doesn't mean you can slack off.

And I don't know if I'm mentally challenged with these things or not, but truly I've ruined over 25 pink batteries this year. And since I thought it was my fault for e-dripping so much, I didn't bother asking to return them. But it doesn't hurt to ask.

So I wrote them an e-mail, telling them I need to return 25 batteries and 1 atomizer. I think they probably were in shock when they read how many and probably didn't believe me. So just in case, I UPS'd them to Sedansa, and they sent me back 40 batteries and 40 atomizers for my trouble.

What trouble? I'm the trouble!!!

good golly- 40 of each? That's certainly better than SmartFixx has doen- I've goen htorugh probably 5 atomizers all lasting either under a week, or two weeks max- after hte 5'th one htough, they want me to send them back the bad ones- they hadn't asked before that htough. Seems they are getting tired of giving out atomizers I guess, but really, they need to get better atomizers- I had one last a total of two days, went through a cleaning cycle- worked good for a couple of hours (although it had a rotton burnt taste) and then promptly died. In hte beginning, I was quite impressed with hte service, but hten it was just one dead atomizer after another. Like you, I think there must be soemthign wrong with the way I esmoke or something.

That's amazing that Sedansa sent you 40 atomizers and batteries- you can't beat service liek that.

I know! That's great service... Marian you should sell a few of them on ebay while they're still brand new to make up some of your costs. Though with all the e-cigs you have you'll probably need them eventually :p

Marian who did you have so much trouble with at first? I don't think its a problem you posting it on here. People go on long rants/bashes about companies all the time. But send me a PM if you want.

So far I have only bought from ruyanhealth.com for my cigar, and myecig.com for my penstyle. I was very satsfied with both products and transactions. I haven't spoken to Ruyanhealth since I got the cigar though. And Meltrex his service is awesome as a lot of you already know...

Yeah, Sedansa was one of my first REAL e-cig suppliers, and I haven't left them since. As hard as I am on batteries, I cannot believe the atomizers didn't quit on me. They are the only brand I've purchased so far where the atomizers do not break or quit working adequately. Buy a Sedansa atomizer. And use Sedansa batteries because they are the strongest and deliver the best hit. Just my opinion.

I've tried all the Big Boys and a lot of the Little Boys. I think the Little Boys will have to grow up first before I try any of them again -- in other words, establish a name for themselves. I don't care about cheap. I care about quality and warranties.

Nice to see you. Well, stay away from http://www.e-cig.com unless you want to buy their accessories and other paraphernalia. And stay away from eBay unless you get a referral.

You know, these eBay sellers buy a minimum quantity of 1 dozen to 100 from any Chinese manufacturer and never know what they're getting. Probably don't even smoke, most of these vendors on eBay. Then they sell them for big bucks, then disappear.

And the other big sellers, well, I prefer Sedansa and Janty at the moment as being in Positions 1 and 2.

Marian, if you don't mind me asking: are you using cartridges from Sedansa? Dripping onto those; or straight onto the atomizer?

Hi Katink:

No, I don't mind your asking whatsoever. I drip two drops directly onto the atomizer when my injector is not handy. So I guess you could say I do both. Especially when it's time to change the cartridge and I'm too lazy.

Yes, I do buy tons of Sedansa cartridges: cherry, high. But I also buy e-liquid and fill my own cores using the Sedansa caps.

How about you? Do you drip or inject or refill?

I emailed Wayne again the other night asking him with ruyan not selling the E-Cigar "BLING anymore will they run out of supplies for it he said this which is interesting!

Hi Kit,

RUYAN company will continue making and supplying the cartridges and e-cigar of this model. They promissed that they would provide 5 years warranty. RUYAN are the leading comany in this line and also have millions of customers in China, we believe they dare not break their promise.

However, RUYAN company are indeed not focusing on this model now. They have already put their emphasis on the newest throwaway e-cigar.

Best regards,

Wayne

Sometimes I drip (not often); sometimes I buy cartridges (for the lazy times, and until short ago also to get hold of good cartridge-filling to rinse and use/fill myself afterwards); and mostly I make my own cartridges... have found a good filling now too, so buying cartridges to use those will get less now.

The reason I asked you how you are doing it: I see quite a few remarks on the dutch boards about the Sedansa-cartridges simply being too full for the atomizer (and especially the battery!) to handle... you are not the only one that has a lot of batteries drowning!

What seems best way to handle this is: when you get new cartridges in... start out with using your syringe to get about a quarter of the liquid out of the cartridge... and only put that back in when your cartridge starts to get empty.
And if you refill Sedansa-cartridges: don't fill them all the way, stop at around 3/4 full...

It seems that this way the drowning problem is taken care of.
Oh one more thing that seems really needed with sedansa is: dry-smoke it inbetween new fillings (not all the way dry of course; but until smoke gets a lot less).

I don't know if you allready knew this and are doing the above; but if not, then there might be some idea's in there that would save you from sending so many batteries back all the time?
