Has anyone else had similar experiences with suppliers?

Hello. I use the Intellicig e-cig partly because they offer a 30-day unconditional guarantee. When an atomiser died they sent me another by return of post - very good customer service IMHO. Hope that helps.

What would your poll achieve?

i dont know kate what has any of your polls achieved.. i think the result might be of use to newcomers thow.. i would find them interesting.. i am sure many would..

i am not trying to trick u here.. i dont think such a poll has been done.. i dont do them.. i will even promise not to make any comments in them..

in a photo forum i used to inhabit.. there was a term called LBA.. it stood for lens buying addiction.. this kinda thing is real and folks do do it..

how about ECBA e cig buying addiction.. as long as the people who suffer from it make it clear when they say what they have spent. some sense might come of it..

one of the poll questions could be do u suffer from ECBA..

I'm definitely going to take the plunge with one of the suppliers that offer a guarantee and pass my mini cig to my wife for spares but I'm really struggling with the decision.

The Diva seems to be top of my list with the 5 year guarantee but has the biggest initial price tag.
The Janty has a shorter guarantee but is smaller in size, is initially cheaper and has extras - not sure if the extras are just a bit gimicky or if they are really useful.

Will keep you updated.
