A little concerned....

My one and only 36mg. Cappucino cart died after a few draws, and I never could get a good vapor out of it.... and my only 24mg. Raspberry carto isn't putting out much vapor and very little flavor, and I have been using it now for 2 hours...so I know it doesn't need "breaking in".

Talked a friend into getting a VK and he received it on Monday. Got an EMAIL from him this morning and he said he wasn't enjoying it very much and that all of the flavors were kinda "poor and not to his liking". He wanted to know if there were other sources for cartomizers or if he could buy empty ones.

Wonder if he is experiencing the same thing. I would normally chalk it up to "newbie taste buds", but he has used my 510 before and really liked my flavors.

He has set his UU aside. Hoping I can catch up with him this weekend and give it a taste-test or two myself.

Well this is where they say its coming in their next shipment... but if you wanna know about another place than I would have to say you have to ask in another place....it isn't kosher to go to someones house to eat dinner and ask if their is somewhere else to eat..

*I'm* not asking where else he can get cartos. I'm well aware of who the suppliers are and where cartomizers can be bought. I already know the answer to his question.

I was simply sharing his comments and concerns... as they come from a brand new user who doesn't know what we do.

But have been vaping from my most recent orders the ones I am familiar with and so far, they are just as they have been - really really yummy! So I don't think I got any bad ones.

I second this! I know that Steve probably gets pretty frustrated having to deal with a manufacturer that is some 7,000 miles away. Add the seizing of shipments by customs on top of that and it really goes to show that Steve must be one pretty level headed guy to be able to keep his cool and still take care of his customers on a level that is second to none. If he could set up shop here it would pretty much be a dream come true for all of us. I highly doubt this will happen though with the efforts in place to destroy this potential one hundred million dollar a year business.

I have been going through my recent shipment and my carts are pretty much hit or miss. I have managed to find a few, out of 60, that are working fairly well. I just hope this is enough to tide us over until Steve is able to get some more carts in. I agree JenJen DAMN YOU FDA!

I'm not positive, but I think it stands for Ruyan Formula number 4.

I ordered (1st time ever) 20 carts from V4L on Wednesday. 11mg, 18mg, and 1 set of 24mg. Hope none of these are the bad ones. If they are, I will post here with specifics.8-o

I'm wondering if this is what I got for my first shipment? They never really taste like much except for the first few puffs. I'll refill a cart with 20 drops and call it done after 1 hour of vaping. From what I've seen, 3 should be quick with these? I have new carts on the way, hopefully they are better. 8 days now!

I might be in the same boat since I am still working on my first batch of carts from the initial order. I have no baseline to evaluate and have been enjoying the VK alot. Maybe if there was a bad batch then my next order will be even better. Gees, I am so disgustingly upbeat.

I agree. This is all very odd. I just taste tested my new batch of carts and have no issues. Now, granted I only grabbed on of each but they all taste good just like they should. With one exception...

Flavors I just taste tested (forgive my grammar as I am now buzzing to all hell...LMAO):

Maragarita 24
Caramel 24 & 11
Peanut Butter Cup 16 & 24
Coconut 24
Peach 11
Peach Cobbler 18
Vanilla 8
Pear 16 - definitely pineapple...

Oddly enough, the other ones that came in the same order seem to be fine - been vaping this one all day.

Well, out of all the cartos I have vaped there was bound to be a dud in the bunch. So glad he got the chocolate in! My fave!

I honestly don't think we got any new capp in lately... that is pretty strange. But some carts are just bad. That's why we replace them

Wanted to add something about the Pear/Pineapple. Since I had the mixup that was mentioned earlier, I have been vaping my Pear/Pineapple. So although the flavor was mixed up, it has not died an early death thus far (been chain vaping for an hour).

I just tried mine again and the raspberry 36 and strawberry 36 is ok but strong, but the cappuccino 36, still taste like its burnt can't tell you how long it last because I can't stand the taste.
