I don't know a whole lot about provaris and tanks but I do know it sounds like me.

They look versatile and hardy. But I want to keep a sleek look.

A bit of background, feel free to skip this. I started with cigalikes and CE3s we had wonderful relationship till it ended with a discontinuation of he CE3 at my vendor. Now I have a Zeus and an old spinner. The zues is my all day vape, but the spinner has been useless to me. I've never had any luck with 808 T3, mini vivi nova, or the aspire something. They all either burned, or had muted stiff draws.

What I'd like to do is get a provari, I'm in Australia and I have found a reseller that has a marginal saving on getting it from USA due to the shipping costs. I'll get the mini with Loki ring because they look sweet.

Now I'm not sure on the tank? Any suggestion that look good and are priced well? Not priced well for me but IBT look good in a 22mm version from what I've seen on the forum. I've never used a tank, are they difficult to swap out the cartomisers? I need a solid beginners tank pref 22mm but not IBT since $45 is a lot more than I'd like to practice with.

I would likely off set the cost of my ProVari by switching from Niquid to mount baker vapes. Does anyone suggest a ratio for their tanks? And how many flavour shots? Any other vendor is welcome I just want to experience full flavors like many other do and stop wasting money on dodgy clearotanks and having to stick to smoothol because its the only flavour that works with anything I buy.

Sorry if this needs to be moved, its not really ProVape related but more ProVari since that's what I'll be getting.

Much appreciated work by all the forum members.

Glass cartotanks look the best on a Provari, as you seem interested in a nice look for your Provari using a Loki beauty ring. A quality glass tank with nicely finished metal end caps is going to cost at least $25 US dollars. (Ie IBTanked)

I'm not sure what vendors you could purchase from inexpensively being that you are in Australia. You can get an IBTanked in the US for under $25 for the caps and glass tube. Pick up an inexpensive drip tip from anywhere (including IBTanked). I can't advise about the shipping costs.

Using a tank accessory tool will make exchanging cartos extremely easy. IBTanked has a tank tool for just $ 2.50. (They also sell a Provari beauty ring for $12.50 - IBTpro 22.) The best tank tool is the Slap Yo Moma tool from Big Daddy Vapor.

There are a lot of cheaper tanks, but I've had trouble with the ones I tried - I know it seems like a tank shouldn't affect the vape, but if the seal isn't good, it REALLY can be a hassle - leaking or cartos not "wicking" right, etc.
IBTanked, I think, is the least expensive GOOD quality tank...and you can get started for the $45 you mentioned even if you INCLUDE the IBT RING. Theirs is taller than the Loki ring, and fit so that when you screw down the tank, it becomes a TIGHT fit on the ProVari. Since you mentioned you like a sleek look, I'd included one of the IBT Rings, too...

Your 22 mm tank will be seamless and snug on your 23 mm ProVari.

Can't really advise on flavors, but I've had better experience with MrELiquid.com than with MtBaker. Similar price point, but I found MTBaker to have more "chemical" or "perfume" to them - sometimes even after steeping...

+1 to IBTanked.

Even though its anecdotal, my last 3 days without my zombie IBTank have been terrible.
Over the weekend someone knocked my Provari off the table which resulted in my IBTank breaking. While losing my one of a kind zombie tank sucked, I was worried since I had my old tank as back up. Having used a cheap DCT carto tank over the weekend and on Monday, I am so glad my replacement tube came in. I have had the DCT tank leak in my pocket several times and dump all of the juice on me while trying to back out the carto (the bottom cap came out). My IBTank has never leaked or had its caps come out while backing out a carto in the past 3 months.

The saying, "You get what you pay for.", still applies to both the Provari and IBTanks. =)

Thanks for all the great comments. I've read them all over at least three times :)

Looks like it IBT or its nothing Haha. I'll pick one up and see how I go.

Can anyone else suggest a eliquid and preferred ratio for the smok cartos from IBT? mreliquid seems as expensive as niquid. Though the shipping is very cheap. Does Mr eliquid run many sales?

You might look into Lucky 7 for very inexpensive juice. You could get a couple sample packs and then save even bigger by buying in bulk - up to a full liter!

I'm a fan of IBTanked, but I typically use a Kayfun or Taifun clone from Fasttech - you'd benefit from their low prices and free shipping, too.

What juice do you use? I'm pulling out all the stuff I've never been able to use due to burning etc. Got some 80/20 I think MBV juice which works pretty good. I've got some juices that are a year old, hope they are ok Haha.

I have lots of juices over a year old. Obviously I didn't like them in the first place or they would be gone by now. I've had some that have turned out yummy after all that steeping and others that haven't improved at all. Except for me not liking the taste they have all been vapable.

Yeah I've enjoyed the hints of taste before they burned in my previous setup's. I have vaped only mintoid from Niquid for almost two years, since it came out, as it always worked.

I'll have to find some info on rewicking when I swap juices. Won't be long the dual coil runs through the juice =)
