A little help to rid frustration

Ok, I have both the regular end cap and extended. for some reason when I use the regular end cap, i get a half second burst of power from it but then nothing, no error message nothing. However if i cycle through I can use all the menu functions except when I chose the one to check battery, it just goes to a blank screen.

So i did a little experiment and took the spring from extended and put it on the regular end cap but, it would not fit in the hole, so i just layed it on the battery and put cap on just to see if i would get more than a few seconds.....I did i got 2 puffs.

Now the part thats frustrating me is.....how the heck do you get the spring back in the extended end cap. I have been trying for the past 2 hours, lit my first cigarette in many months after getting frustrated

sorry about the frustration you are having. Sounds like a battery issue, as for the spring, try placing it on the endcap and use a pencil eraser and gently press it down it the end of the endcap.

What batteries are you using? Also, what charger are you using as well?
