I just found out that Hobby Lobby carries LorAnn's here :thumb: and I wanted to ask if all of the LorAnn's flavorings are ok to use. Seems like I read something - which I can't find again - that said oil is not a good thing...but it looks like the extracts don't contain oil, so are those what I want to buy? Or are all of the LorAnn products ok to use? I'd appreciate it if someone would clarify that for me before I go to get them. Also, is it ok to just add a few drops to whatever juice I'm using to boost the flavor a bit?

One other thing...if I got this right, the only ecigs you should drip onto the atomizer is the ones with sealed batteries? Does the 510 have a sealed battery?

One of these days I'm going to get past this learning curve...

I'd also like to know where I could get some glycerin to cut my eliquid with. Can I get this at a grocery store? And where? Thanks

I bought USP glycerin at the grocery store and also picked up a bottle at Hobby Lobby today that is Wilton brand. On the label it says Glycerin and 'restores consistency of icing colors'. If I'm understanding some of the things I've read (and there's so much here that I'm pretty much always confused :p) I think that this is the same as VG. Somebody correct me if I'm wrong. The Wilton's was cheapest, I think....$1.99/4 ounces.

Now if I could just figure out what to do with these flavorings. I want to add them to some already flavored juices I have while I wait for a bottle of Naked 36 I ordered last night. The juices I have need more flavor, so I guess I'll just add a drop or two after I fill a cart and see how that works.

Sorry... I guess I wasn't clear enough. I meant where or what section in the grocery store? You said restoring consistency of icing color... So is that like icing on a cake so it would be where the cake stuff is I'm guessing? And what would it be used for in the hobby world?

Thank You all so much. There is so much to learn in so little time. I want to knock the nicotine level down so I can get myself on the path to quitting nicotine completely.

The glycerin sold as icing restoring is the correct stuff.
Many drug stores and probably supermarkets also carry glycerin. You need to look in the ethnic hair care area, usually on a low shelf. Glycerin is mixed with water and misted on hair to keep it soft. Read the label carefully, if it says 100% pure and no other ingredients are listed then it should be OK.

The grocery store I shop at has a pharmacy, and I found glycerine with the first aid stuff.

The one that refers to cake icing I bought at Hobby Lobby in the cake decorating department.

I think I may have not been clear and didn't want you looking for the one that referred to cake icing at the grocery.:D

the LorAnn oils don't actually contain oil. they are mostly propylene glycol and artificial flavor. I use them in all of my juice. You can add a drop or 2 to your favorite juice to give it more flavor. For instance I just got a 10ml bottle of "milk chocolate" 11mg juice. It was good just not very chocolaty. I added 2 drops of LorAnn chocolate to it and now it's REAL chocolaty ( almost too much..lol). you could do the same with mint flavors or whatever

Oh and Walmart carries Humco brand glycerin 6 oz. for like $3 with the first aid ( band aids and crap) section of the pharmacy
