Thanks! I didn't figure there were too many of us here.

Whatever keeps the real smoke away. I've managed to stay close to what my old hand-rolled cig budget used to be. The key (for me) starts with "cl" and ends with "ones"...

My home-built gear is much simpler than yours, though, greasegizzard - just a small scap of pine with a few holes bored for 510 bases. Everything else gets hucked onto one of my 2 vape-dedicated toolboxes.

Mine was just some scrap wood, too. I'm just lucky my dad has some nice tools to use.

Invest in a package of Super Sliders (available at Walmart $2-3) self adhesive felt pads. This will end scratching table tops.
Great minds think alike. We've got a pack of them somewhere and they've already crossed my mind. ;)

Great minds....? Wife says I lost mine long ago, she's always right (her story, not mine) so I guess.... forgot what I was talking about.;)
I've done several vape stands like yours but I've yet to do one that works for box mods or a 'two story' job like yours. I use a brush on urethane and put it on with a painters drip rag. I hate spray painting 'cause I suck at it.:)

I don't know how the clear will turn out. It's an aerosol clearcoat made for furniture, so we'll see... It's my first attempt at woodworking. After seeing what some sell for, I'm thinking I need to hone my skills a bit and make a few more.

Good luck with your business venture. I 'donated' a couple of mine to a local vape shop. End of story and business venture. YRMV:(

I got it stained yesterday. I'm gonna clear coat it later. Maybe tomorrow. It's barely above freezing outside here today. Not ideal weather for painting.

    Looking good greasegizzard :thumb:

I made a juice rack back when I started mixing my own using scrap wood I had laying around from other projects.

I finished it with a few coats of satin urethane. Juice has not affected it in three years. I didn't put anything on the bottom, but it just sits on a wood shelf and doesn't move around much. If I was worried about it I would probably glue a piece of canvas on the bottom.
