I built a straight 3.7 lipo mod with a fasttech case, cut length down a bit for size, https://www.fasttech.com/products/1379500, put a lipo battery in it Turnigy 1000mAh 1S 20C Lipoly, and a USB charger out the bottom https://www.fasttech.com/products/1453504 It has a simple radio shack fire button and on/off switch. I cut a ego head off just below the threads and epoxied to the top to have chromed and small 510 connector (a laptop hard drive screw will self tap and give a easy ground in the thread area).. I'm thinking that I need to go back and fabricate top and bottom plates because the plastic caps are bending because the case is very tight on length. I wired so that it works well as a pass through as well.

A learning experience... when I cut it down, I didn't protect the paint by masking it off, so needed to wrap it.

it's a good little thin shirt pocket mod, especially with a RBA... it's so thin and small you almost forget it's there.
