I stop using analogs on the 12th due to ecigs and I love them except....
I have been getting really sick from them (throwing up,sore throat). Its kinda making me want to stop now. I looked around and saw that maybe I could be intaking too much nic so I,order a 18 14 12 6 mg flavor to try n see if it was that...

And nothing, im still getting sick. So now im looking foe more answers. Some say it could be a pg thing so I got a 30/70 and a 70/30 and 50/50 but none of that helped. :(

I really like ecigs n everything but idk if I can keep using them n back to analogs I go (ugh  )
Someone help.

The nic doesnt hit you quite as fast with the ecig. You may be vaping heavily until cravings subside? I would try being easy with it, take a drag every 30s to minute, and stop after 4-5 minutes (so 5-10 puffs) See how you feel and try to adjust.

If you are very sensitive to PG, and some people are, you may want to try a 100% VG juice, not just changing the mix percentage partway

edit: I was getting sore throat and headache when i first switched, took maybe a few weeks until that no longer happened. So your body may also just be having difficulty adjusting to the ecigs. You may want to go like half and half for a few weeks and get your body used to it slowly. By that i mean smoke half the amount of analogs you typically would, and substitute the other half for ecig. That way you are not making such a huge dramatic change to your body, which can cause stress!

While im not a doctor it sounds like if anything you are suffering nicotine withdraw then anything. What did you used to smoke before(in terms of amount) ?

When i swapped to e cigs initially i was fine(i was a PAD smoker), but part of why i made the switch was to reduce the nicotine so i did just that. I dropped from 18 to 12 , for about a week of that switch i had anxiety attacks coupled with the occasional tightness in chest so i thought it was the e-cig. What i realize now was that i dropped my nicotine intake giving me withdraw symptons which in turn gave me anxiety which caused me to not use my e cig as much exasperating the whole thing.

There is around 10 different symptoms from nicotine withdraw you can have and everyone is different but i know a few are nausea and cold like symptoms .

didn't.......

Sorry to hear about your troubles. I feel like I have read somewhere on here that people get sick when there body is detoxing from all the 4,000 chemicals in cigarettes. Maybe if you smoke for a while that could be it. I would try to drink lots of green tea, as it helps flush your system out faster. Try taking some vitamins and getting some fresh air to help relax you and calm your body down. Hope you can find a solution!

I didnt think of symptoms of quitting, i was thinking you only felt that way while or after vaping =) If its all the time yes, i felt pretty blah the first few days with no analogs at all

Ecigs did bother my throat only really when i used them though. It did that for a while, then it just sort of stopped! I dont really need to drink water at this point

The first few days after my last analog I didnt feel good at all, I was using 100% PG. I smoked about 20 to 25 analogs a day for 40 years. I go threw full fledge horrible withdraws cold turkey. Cold sweats and the whole bit. The first 2 days were very hard, but once I got my nic adjusted it got better and I didnt feel as bad.

Some people do have a harder time than others. I wouldnt be suprized that you are having withdraws from all that was in you system. Who knows what all those chemicals really did to the system.

The nic did make my gums hurt and there are some other things it did right off the bat but its all better now. I went threw the same thing when I used the lozenges years ago.

When I went straight from tobacco use to only vaping the first week I was okay and the next 1 1/2 weeks I had a terribly sore throat. Canker sores made it very uncomfortable to vape let alone eat or drink. I was using 100% pg free and that didn't help, I just toughed it out as reducing my vaping didn't help. Hopefully it is just your body dealing with the withdrawals of quitting cigs and will subside. At a 1 1/2 pad your most likely dealing with nic withdrawal as well. Good luck and hopefully you pull threw .

When I tried to switch last year nausea was a huge issue for me (flavor was also a big one. So at that time I gave up). I went with a different vapor who had a flavor I thought I would like, and so far so good for me. I haven't had a smoke for over a week, and none of the horrible nausea I had before. So I second eliminating what you can, for me it wasn't the PG, as my juice now is mostly VG, so it must of been something in the flavor.
