I can't believe its been only 5 weeks since I started vaping. It all started with a text from my sister in-law who, along with her husband, quit smoking and started vaping in January. She told me how well they were doing without stinkys so on Saturday I went to my local B&M and bought a starter kit - an Ego Twist with a Vivi Nova type tank, some fresh coils and a couple of bottles of juice.
I tend to be a little compulsive so I went on-line to do some research about e-cigs and found this incredible forum. After reading bunch of posts and spending hours on YouTube I decided I needed an upgrade so I bought an Aspire Nautilus tank and was sure I had found vaping nirvana. Then I decided to experiment with different juices and of course needed a few tanks to do so. Three more Nautilus tanks appeared in my mailbox.
Needless to say after more posts and more YouTube I realized I needed to get a better mod. Hello Provari. So surely with the Provari and the Nautilus I was done buying vape stuff.
I couldn't understand why so many people spend so much money on rebuildable atomizers and so much time coming up with new coil designs when my set up was so darn good.
So you know where this is going... Now I have a Russian, A Russian 91 and a Kay Fun Lite Plus. A Panzer mech mod and a Segieli 20W. Along with all the paraphernalia we all accumulate (please don't tell my wife).
A common story I am sure. So I guess I am now a vaping hobbyist - and I enjoy it thoroughly. After smoking a pack and a half a day for over 40 years I smoked my last cig on Sunday March 9th and it has been clear sailing ever since. Thanks to everyone here for the support and advice.
