vaping on my toptank mini right now with zero leaks!
You must have been holding your mouth wrong, I had no issues with any of my STMs outside of getting the OG rba head cap open. Was so happy when they released the new rbas.
Yeah the tfv4 rbas were a pita. The only one I could get to work was the single coil. It usually started leaking at the third refill. Had no problems with the t3 coils.I don't think I've had any leaks traced to the orings. It's always been not enough wick or wick not shoved into the right place.
Now TFV4, yeah, plenty of oring issues, bad seats for orings and wick problems.
The Pulse is the toughest device I have ever had. It is unregulated though. I would get some practice building on a regulated device first or there is always the pulse 80. It is close to the same size. Thanks I'll definitely look into the Dead Rabbit. I'm not completely sold on squonkers yet. Durability is a concern with my butterfingers. I do like the way the pulse bf looks though, and the price isn't bad at all!
Very intriguing. I'll definitely take a closer look at this squonking technology.
I know it has a bit of voltage drop but I have never had any issues. I would suggest using 20700s. It is kind of weak with 18650s at least it was with 25Rs.Welcome to ECF! 5 weeks to go... Maybe some decent vape shop there could build an RDA you purchase, to keep you vaping something?
not to de rail but @Skunk! did you find any issues regarding voltage drop on the Pulse BF? ty
Welcome and glad you joined. At first I was really against RDAs and Squonkers because I thought they seemed super inconvenient and technical, but I'm warming up to them. I would definitely consider one. Some RDAs also look really durable which is a huge plus for me. Do you use a dripper on the go? Where do you keep your e-juice bottle? How much do you carry?
I've found that every quit is different, so if you have a good one going, "outrageous" prices wouldn't deter me from buying some vape gear
Welcome and glad you joined.
RDA's are bullet proof and dependable. I use deep well RDA's. Deep wells are like mini tanks and give me the best taste available. If I'm traveling, I add a FT slip ring (wide rubber band) to slide over the RDA air holes and a cork/rubber plug or 510 carto condom over the drip tip -- no leakage. The only thing that can go wrong is that can happen (spare coils and wicks take near zero luggage space) is my coil may become broken while I'm are replacing a clean wick.
I use deep well RDA's (Magma, Origen V1 & V3 ) which hold a mil or more of juice and last me, 45 min. to an hour or more before refilling (2.0+ ohm single coil).
Where do you keep your e-juice bottle? Zippered sun glass carrying case. Also room for an extra RDA or two. Can attach to my belt.
How much do you carry? Depends, but can carry enough juice to last a few weeks at my settings/style of vape.

I Love my RDA
No, deep well RDA's are my only hands on knowledge.Bottom-feed devices are also really interesting to me. Do you have any thoughts on the Berserker MTL RDA?
Had the same problem with two kangers. I did find out it was a wicking problem. There is a fine line between leaking and not leaking. I took a while to get a feel for how much cotton to use.If the kanger rba head leaks it is usually a wicking issue, if not wicking an o-ring is probably the problem.
Nah. That's PATINA.Great! But now you need to get a can of paint for the RX![]()
