A lot of the youtube videos...PG

For most of the youtube videos of people slapping together DIY mixes, and how-tos etc...they almost all use PG as the dilution base. What gives? I just picked up a bunch of VG from OSDIYS and madvapes. I was thinking pure VG would be "safest" but why are so many people using PG as their main dilution base?

Inquiring minds want to know :p

I like to use PG based nic because I prefer a certain brand of VG. But I do like to use about 25-30% vg.

As to why the higher pg content? PG is easier to mix. Straight vg usually needs diluted with something, in order to get the flavorings to mix. It's so thick it can clog your attys too. If you go with straight vg, it's suggested that you thin it out with PGA or distilled water.
