Hi,

I need 5 posts in order post in other subforums, so here goes.

I began vaping in Feb 2012 when my wife bought me an Ego 1000 mah pass-through battery, a pack of cartomizers and some juices from elixirliquid here in Houston. I was instantly all-in.

I started browsing this forum and learning about mods, cartos, atty's, variable voltage, etc, etc, etc.

The next step was to get a high-quality mod, and that led me to purchase the Apex Alpha Ultramax, again from elixirliquid. It's a beautiful, lightweight mod. At that time, I wasn't aware of all the issues with stacking batteries in a tube mod, so I thouroughly enjoyed 6V with a SR Joye atty. Unfortunately like so many others, I started having issues with the switch not firing. I cleaned it in lemon juice, lime juice, vinegar... all to no avail. I finally took it back to elixirliquid and they replaced the switch, no questions asked. It was a stand-up move, and I really appreciate it. It has been working without issue for about month and half now. It works perfectly.

But, onwards and upwards, I started looking for a feeder system and variable voltage. The notcigs vvpv was (besides the bogger box) the only VV device that checked all those boxes. Add to that the notcigs renowned voltage regulator (Buzz Pro/IPro), and it seemed like a home run. I mean besides the provari and the buzz pro/ipro, there isn't anything more well respected in the VV world. And I have to say, this vvpv is like the rolls royce of vaping. Heavy, with chrome and classic looks, it stands out in a crowd. Add to that a HH.357 3ohm atomizer, and it is the best vaping experience I've ever had. Full stop. I will say though, for anyone thinking of ordering one, do yourself the favor and just order the drip tip adapter. The one it ships with is crap. But other than that, it's a killer PV.

So that's it. Hope the above helps a prospective buyer.

Cheers,

Phono
