S.O.B .. I've always loved Kiwi-land, I'm going in for a tribal tattoo and moving there. I've got the gut and bald head to make it there too. Now, what's that "All blacks" chant, again?!

All kidding aside, it's nice to finally see a major government stand up and take notice, and then openly state that e-cigs are the healthier alternative.

Thanks for posting this, Rick!

Great news! Having another country move in favor of ecigs is always a good thing. Hopefully creating a snowball affect for the rest of the world to recognize the benefits we already know of.

Its still a long uphill battle as I wouldn't be surprised if the Canadian government is one of the last to accept it, but its definately great to see other parts of the world change their stance on it. One day we'll get there too :)

try the USA. the land of lobbyists and special interests. i'd be more surprised about the FDA saying they're a much safer alternative to smoking than I would be if they started arresting suppliers as drug dealers.

Oh no.... you forget the Great Nanny Nation south of you. "What about the children???"

Great news for the Kiwi. Shows that at least one government doesn't have their collective heads so far up their collective butts they need a snorkel to breath.

"Let's ban these e-cigarette things so we can get some extra tax money while the smokers are giving health insurance money and taxes to doctors treating their cancer, heart disease, and other ailments we KNOW are smoking related."
