I got the NPG sample pack from JC & have to say they all taste the same!
Maybe my tastebuds are shot from years of smoking but so far not impressed at all.
I was also not happy that they send you all these bottles with no indication on them of what they are apart from the flavour & no information of ingredients. Even if you do store this juice in a safe place away from kids & pets, another adult would still not know what these are .... food flavourings?????
(Rant over!)

I've just ordered some Janty clove so hope that has more of a taste.
Another thing, I smoke light cigs & notice even with high carts & juice you don't get the same hit off these e-cigs, hope the clove sorts this out as I really want to give up the tobacco.

I'm gonna give some advice. I can't believe I'm gonna give some advice after only a month, but I am. Because I thought the same thing, but I discovered something quite by accident.

Choose one flavor and vape it ALL DAY even if you don't think it tastes like much the first time. I've started doing this and by the end of the day, I can taste them and either like or dislike them, but I can taste them. I don't know why this is true, but it is true for me.

I tried cappuchino the other morning and didn't think it had hardly any taste when I first tried it, but by the end of the day, I was absolutely loving it.

Anyway, give it a try.

When I stated vaping I had Strawberry juice straight off. There was flavour but not as much as I hoped for. I also tried some others that seemed popular amongst vapers here. I didn't find them too good either.

3 weeks later it's a whole different story. The strawberry is getting too sickly for me and the other flavours are living upto expectations.

I haven't tried any JC juice just yet but only today I have read some positive posts about the peach cobbler and clove flavours. Taste is a personal thing. I'm sure it will improve for you soon.

Also, as you had the sample pack they may not be labeled but bottles I have from totally wicked and e-cigs are both clearly labeled.

Thanks for your reply.
My taste buds are probably shot, I will try using one flavor today and see if that helps & maybe I should go for a higher nic juice too.
I thought as I smoke light cigs that the high may be too high but after reading some other posts it seems that e-cigs are not as strong anyway so thats probably why I don't feel like I've had a cig & still smoking as well!(or I could just enjoy all the crap thats in cigs not just the nic!!!!!)
I really hope to quit & want the e-cig to help with this :D so I'll keep trying.

I agree Kate, that care should be taken with ANY delivery system, especially in one that is so new in the market, and of ANY drug.

I refrain from posting in the OD personal, yet unfounded, suspicion type reports as I also find myself agitated and having heart palpitations when I don't get enough nicotine, ie: withdrawal symptoms.

The human mind appears to be always looking for an answer or something to blame for any reaction encountered, and I just can't agree or disagree with personal findings when really..... at this time, it boils down to just that: personal perceptions mixed with paranoia needing to find an answer.

I also find the same applies to flavour perception. Its an individual perception/reaction that differs greatly between different people.

I personally find JC's juice quite satisfying, again FOR ME, and I also find their taste betters itself as I distance the heavy analog use and my taste buds start to revive. When I first started using their juice I had the same feeling that they all tasted relatively the same, but as time went on I found them to be quite distinct and started enjoying them more.

In the end, for me, there is nothing anyone can tell me that would change my mind about this alternative to analog cigarettes that would ever have me give the e-cig up and return to my 2-3 pack a day tar & poison habbit.

Respectfully,
-Greg

Yes Greg, that's it, we don't know if we're getting more or less and the symptoms are not always clear.

Katink gave some good advice for a newbie recently - work out a dose that is close to your regular habit and try it out. If necessary make slight, gradual adjustments up or down depending on effect.

I don't really know what it is with Johnson Creek, they do measure nicotine differently from everyone else, their measurements are mg per 1.2ml rather than mg per ml. That doesn't completely account for the lack of effect I experienced but it could be that they use a different type of nicotine too.

Their vanilla ice cream is lovely though, yum.
