It's been a little over a month since I got my volt starter kit. I had been a vaper a couple of years back, but went back to analogs. I got tired of inconsistent performance, juice recipes changing without notice, the hassle of dripping, atty's that worked great or died immediately etc.

In February I decided to quit smoking again as I had many times before. After 2 days of horrible withdrawal I went to my old vape stash and pulled out some stuff. Grabbed an old 510 batt and atty and some very old juice. That sure helped. Dug out my Xhaler and found a working 901 atty and it helped even more. I decided to see what had happened in the world of vaping tech in my absence.

Tanks and cartos and clearos oh my. So many new products to check out. When I was vaping previously I had not used any cartos as I really wanted to avoid burning filler. I didn't even use carts I chain dripped. After reading up on the newer horizontal cartos I was intrigued. One of the names I saw being brought up repeatedly was the volt. After some research and many reviews I decided to grab a starter kit. I'm glad I did.

I was looking for ease of use and consistency and I found it. I'm still a kr808/carto newb but luckily the learning curve doesn't seem to be to steep. I think I'm finally getting the hang of when to top off, how much to fill a blank and by visually inspecting the winding on a coil before use I'm getting pretty good at estimating the lifespan of a cart.

Big thanks to the good folks at Smokeless Image for a smoke free month. I've been vaping my head off lately due to stress. I am sure if I didn't have vaping to rely on for the past couple of weeks I would be back smoking. I'm looking forward to more quality products from you folks. Now...some clearos/tanks for the x2....that would be something I would love to see. Some of my fav juices are a bit thick and can kill a carto in short order if I'm not careful about my vape pace.

Thanks again! :toast:
