So i got the Tornado kit LOVE IT, and 1 of the attys was not performing as well as the other... I soaked in it 100 percent Alcohol for about a hour then put in it hot water for about 30 min. Blew it all out. Tried again. Still vaping like crap. Seen a vid on removing the bridge... so i did what the video suggested. (mind you i only direct drip) and this is ONLY for direct dripping. This atty puts my other one that is working just fine to shame. It made a world of difference. I removed the tiny threads inside the atty then pushed the mesh to the side and removed the bridge then removed most of the wire mess. Gently of course. Now i can just drop straight onto the coil and let me tell you its a much better vape. All the flavors i have that "were not so great" now taste so much better..... I know others have done this....

Can you also do this on a LR atty? :p

I can't see why you wouldn't be able to, they are fundamentally the same as regular attys. The difference is that the coil just has a lower resistance. Honestly, I've found that a 10-15 minute boil of an atomizer cures most anything that can get gunked up in there, but I do have a few attys that were just SO worn down (the wick was frayed badly enough that it wasn't salvageable) that I had to convert to drip.

They work....and just keep on working.
