Howdy!

Just to introduce myself. I've been vaping for about 3 months. Been hooked since the first day I tried it and quit smoking the cancer sticks cold from day one! I have frequented these forums getting much valuable information from here along the way. It seems the more I learn about e-cigs the more interested I get in customizing my devices so I figure its time to join.

As of right now I am vaping on an eGo-V with a Pro-tank 1 attached. My voltage setting and coil used depends on the liquid I'm puffing on. (Currently a blackberry 80/20 liquid set on 5volts with a 2.5ohm coil) This is only my third device as I have passed on my eGo-twist and my original eGo to others wanting to try vaping but uneasy about shelling out the cash for a starter kit.

My next MOD I have just ordered a Smoktech Magneto. I plan on using a 18500 battery with a kick (as I like being able to adjust the power to the liquid used) and am currently looking into building an atomizer which I am totally uneducated about at this point. I'm still in the research phases on this MOD so any advice would be appreciated. The one thing I'm uneasy about is using a protected battery as I have read mixed advice on this. Some people say use protection and others strongly advise against it. As of now I'm going bare back. :)

Anyway; I'd like to give a shout out to ghola1was for valuable information and finally convincing me to join. I hope to form new alliances with members and provide valuable information myself

As you will be using a kick you do not need protected battery's so don't worry about that and of course welcome to ecf of course I no you prob have seen the reviews on the magneto the center pin can be poped out and you can heat up a small brass screw to make the pin adjustable

Cool...I've read the center pin can be an issue. Apparently there's a new Magneto coming out where the pin is adjustable? (Of course I just ordered the current version). Thanks for the workaround
