A new pcc is needed!!

I/We need a new PCC case.

I love my 510 so it needs to be made for that model.

Here are the requirements:

1 - Holds a completely assembled 510
2 - Holds and charges a backup battery
3 - Holds a 10ml bottle of juice
4 - Holds some spare carts
5 - Holds a spare atomizer

The pressure/contact system is good, but it's flaky.

I can see the problem with a screw in, because the cylinder would have to be slightly larger than the battery due to the button. This would cause the battery to sit loosely in the case and could cause wear on the screw in charger. Solution, when the case cover is closed, have IT hold onto the battery tightly so that it can't move around.

As far as the spare carts are concerned, personally, I would much rather have it hold the juice bottle than the spare carts as I continually refill my cart all day.

Even with holding all this, it should still be about the size of a pack of cigs.

I agree! I had to give up on PCC's because I'd go through the batteries too fast for it to keep up with charging - plus they kept breaking and I had no place for my liquid. Now I just carry enough precharged batteries to get through the day, my 510 and liquid in a non-PCC case.

They'd also have to invent a PCC & batteries that charge three times faster for me to go that route again. What you describe would be awesome, though!

Are there schematics for the existing PCC's out there? I'm sure this would be a fun case mod for someone to make. I know I'd take a stab at it.

I say hold 2 batteries and a 3ml bottle of just plus charge a battery and I am good. I keep my usable one separate anyhow.

My dream PCC would have

Slot for Battery- O O - second Battery
........................(J)
... Cart/atomizer- O O -2nd slot for Cart/atomizer

This is a super crude "sketch" if you will of my perfect PCC. I dont care about extra carts cause I just keep adding Juice to my same cart and exchanging it for fresh fill every once in a while anyway. I would definetly like to see somewhat smoother corners. The most important thing would be to have tha ability to charge and keep 2 full 501's ready to go (even if they are store like they are now,unscrewed and seperated). Another idea would be to make thin bottles that fit into the cart holders for the existing.... never mind I'll try to market and sell that one on my own

I got mine from Cignot and used it once. It was a total waste of money for me. I should probably trade it for some juice or something. I wouldn't buy one again. Battery mods are really the way to go.

However, if they did make a big improvement I might reconsider.

very elegant cross-platform solution to the juice dilmma. prolly already out there somewhere, too, for some other use. like lil reclosable ampules.

actually you know what would be great are those lil perfume samplers with the dipstick-style cap, only plastic ones so you could squeeze them. dipstick is extraneous of course but if anyone makes those sample vials in soft plastic, there's your source. and if you can't get them without the dipstick then you could advertise them as straw-insertion-assistance devices for scooting the filler over for the straw mod
