I'm about 49 hours without an analog. In 15 years at a pack a day, I never made it as much as 12 hours. Any idea how sad that is to admit?

Couple times a day that real crave kicks in. Pffft, not a problem to get through. It's just different on the vape side. But I've adjusted.

Huge thanks for the info I found here and the support. It's just a beginning, and certainly not much. But after chantix, other meds, patches, even hypnosis, I've finally found something. Sure feels good.

Congratulations! I found it difficult at first too. When I started, vaping didn't kill the cravings, it just stopped me from lighting up. Every time I felt like lighting up, I reached for my ecig and puffed until the cravings passed. It took me 12 days until I lost all cravings to smoke that cr_p!

Vape on!

Suggestion: To make it a little easier on yourself it's advisable not to drink alcohol or coffee much if at all while you're trying to quit. Most people tend to want to smoke more during that time.

Pleased commentary: You can do it though, keep it up and vape through the tough spots. I've been a PAD+ smoker for almost 20 years and have pretty much quit entirely without a lot of effort at it. You can do it as well!

Not sad to admit, a reason to celebrate your success today.
