iPhone app for the quitters out there :)

Hi there!

First off, no affiliation with the app people - I just really like it!

I found an app for my iPhone (free!) that shows all the stuff that my banner shows on here (in my signature). It shows me days and hours quit, how many cigs I haven't smoked and how much money I've saved. It updates in real time. It's really great inspiration for me to be able to look quick at the data!

Plus it has an "oops" button if you smoke an analog - it doesn't make you feel awful for tripping up a little! It doesn't restart the countdown - just shows you that you had one (or however many). I like that they're not making people feel like they failed just cause they tried one analog.

You can also post on Facebook with a nifty little button in case you are having cravings and need the support of your friends. I just wish it had a "post to Facebook" button that would post your current stats (days quit, money saved, etc). Oh well - it's free! lol

Anyway, it's called Quit'n'Tell. Very efficient, and very free (no pesky advertising). Figured this is the perfect place to tell people about it! It's definitely helped keep me on the horse.

super awesome find just filled it out and ive been smoke free for 7 months and 7 days. saved a 1095 dollars and passed up over 4,000 cigs.

Holy crud! I can only dream of those numbers for now!!! Glad you like the app. When I saw it was free, I had to try it. lol I'm 6 days 18 hours, saved $45, and didn't smoke 135 cigs. For some reason the banner on my signature is off by a day. Really bugs me. Tried to "trick" it by putting the wrong date, but then it was a day behind what it should be. Oh well. I have an app instead!

I'll download the app to my phone later today to play with it.

After two years of using a PV I've saved over $2,600 on cigarettes. Initially about 1/3 of that was spent on various PV gear, but now that I've landed on the Prodigy V3.1 as my only hardware I'm saving a ton. My only expense at this point is on liquid. I'd say I have a net savings of close to 1.5k at this point.

WTG Surf!!! My investment into e-cigs so far, I'd say, is about $200. Maybe a hair more. I'm happy with my KR808d-2s.

Great find! With my e-cig costs factored in, I've saved -380.00. Can't wait 'til that number takes a turn towards positive. May never happen if I keep finding new juice flavors I just have to try! At least the number of analogs not smoked is on the plus side of zero.

I am using the same banner and mine is no where near accurate either. I have tried the same things you have and finally just said screw it, it is close enough. It actually surprising how quickly the numbers add up though. (good thing)

Brew, if I didn't like the design of it so much, I'd pick a different banner. lol As a graphic artist, I tend to be a little picky.
