A new "What's for Dinner?"

My son's birthday is tomorrow and so I'll be making king crab for the occasion with mocha brownie torte for a birthday "cake". I'm kinda stuck on what to make for tonight because my daughter and her husband are coming. Better think fast though ...

We are having home-made Arby's for dinner. Quick, easy and filling, which is good since I have to work tonight. Evidently hubby and everyone BUT ME is tired of Jambalya. LOL

We had a Mexican lasagna. It used an Old El Paso Soft Taco bake kit. Then I added refried beans and queso dip (cheese) to each layer along with ground beef and topped with lettuce, cheese and tomato's. For dessert i went crazy and made a chocolate Cherry cake. (A choco cake with choc icing..with a layer of cherry pie filling in the center. Just like you would get at Seaworld.)

Okay, those of you that live within 2 hrs of me (Abilene, TX area), PM me. If the rest of the Jambalya isn't eaten tomorrow, I have to throw it out because it has petit shrimp in it! I can give you my address so you can come get it! Otherwise I will be forced to eat it and go into a food coma... and we all know what children can be like when the parents are not attentive!

Today is my wonderful hubby's BDay, so tonight we are having some of his favorites. Pork Loin, yellow rice, mixed vege's w/cheese sauce...and peach cobbler w/vanilla ice cream for desert.

It's my son's birthday too! He's 24 today. And - We are having king crab legs and homemade mocha brownie torte for dessert - at his request. The guy's got expensive tastes, but he's worth it!
