Tonight is Pork chops baked with sliced potatos in golden mushroom soup..it really is good! LOL With apple sauce and glazed carrots. An ice cream cake for dessert.
MK, I do the pork chop/soup thing occasionally and it's really satisfying and good. You can really dress it up a lot of ways, too.

sausage in "pirate's grog" (apple spiced rum) bbq sauce, some kinda veggies, and mashed taters.
I local radio station put out special recipe bbq sauce for a scholarship charity. They sell it during the summer. It is really good stuff. It's kind of spicy with a kick. They have a peach bourbon that's really good also.
We'll be dining (if ya wanna call it that) on whatever my son brings home - which, knowing him, will either be Burger King or Subway.
We deep fried a turkey...it's too hot to bake one. Hubby does it outside and it only takes a little over 30minutes. We also had sweet potatoes, and a garden salad...
I was going to grill chicken out but changed my mind.
