Did you order it in 70PG/30VG? If so, that, coupled wth the menthol in the ice portion of the mix, will definitey cause a sharp and almost unbearable throat hit.
lol I use 80pg/20
Vg for MTL at 8 to 9W and 70/30 is quite bearable for me. Not everyone subohms a ton of vapor direct to lung :D

I prefer DTL 80-90% pg at 30 to 60 watts 6mg.
I did need to cut nic down to 3mg when wicking with Rayon in the Avocado 24 however. 3 good hauls and I was getting nic sick at 6mg.

Whatever works, we each gots ta find what werks fer us. Cheers.

Hiya! I'm quite new to vaping, I have been doing it for about 2 weeks now. I use an eGo-C Twist battery with an Aspire CE4 Atomizer.
The e-juice I bought concerns me. I don't want to vape with nicotine, I think that it's harmful and just ruins the taste(I have tried it with and without nicotine). I used a 6ml sample of 0mg Island Fruit eJuice, but that's gone. I ordered Juishy Brand "Arctic Vanilla Ice" from http://www.vapes.com, and I WAS certain I selected 0mg nicotine concentration, but I'm not quite sure.
I got it the other day, cleaned my tank, grabbed the new coil I ordered, and set it up. One of the things I noticed was a sharper throat hit in the back of my throat. I don't think I feel a peppery taste, but I could be wrong.
I REALLY want to avoid nicotine - Is there any chance that the eJuice has nicotine?
Thanks,
Nihilamortem
Welcome and glad you joined. 6 mls is not worth the bother, just give it away and not order it again. At best there is no nic and the flavor is not right for you.

I think they are newer, altho well regarded. Considering that, a short review upon receipt would be appreciated. :)
GL and have fun

Got them about 2 days after I ordered, but I've only been using one of them for some reason, the red one is sitting next to me new in box. It's a high quality mod, I've only had to charge it twice so far. The built in air control is really nice, and allows for some huge clouds. It's also got some kind of ceramic coating on it which makes it almost stainproof(which is ESPECIALLY good for a white one, that color is a bad choice for someone like me). Plus, the charger is microUSB, so if you lose the one that comes with it, an android charger works just fine. My only pet peeve about it is that the light on the button is really bright. If you use it in lower lighting settings(like I do, while playing video games for example), look away. Other than that, it's worth the $50 you'd normally have to pay. For $7, it was a steal.

TBH I wish i started with this, it would've saved me a ton of hassle with the twist, I don't even use it anymore.
