You'd think they would have learned their lesson and shipped the tanks with the soft rubber caps, just doing away with the hard plastic ones.

Which leads to the main question I have about this device: Does it leak? I'm surprised you left out any mention of leaking in your review. This is a big turn off for me on my ego t, and why I've done away with the tanks and moved on to attys and cartos. Also, how is the wicking, and do you get any burned taste ever? Also, are the atty bases replaceable... or just the heads? Thanks.

Btw, thanks for the well done review. Eventhough you didn't mention the leaking issue, it's still a quality review with crisp video and detailed close-ups.

Thanks very much.

First, it does come with a set of three soft mouthpiece covers. I annotated the video with this information. Oops.

Second, I did not experience any leaking. It's been such a long time since I've experienced leaking on anything, I didn't even think to mention it. This was annotated in the video as well.

Third the company does offer cones that includes the atty base for $15.00.

Wicking appeared to be pretty darn good. Some light hits, but never as bad as some of the other products I've tried. I didn't experience any dry/burnt hits enough for me to mention.

Is it as "full" a vape a fully loaded Boge carto? No. Which is why I mention that in the review.

Hope that helps!!

Thanks for the additional info, PB. Although I think you misunderstood me. I'm talking about the bottom caps, not the mouthpiece caps. The rubber ones adhere to the spike better and longer, while the plastic ones just get looser and looser over time... like a friendly neighborhood .....'s 'blank'. Ahem... pardon me.

We'll have to see how things go after a week or two with the leaking issue.

Comes with three of those as well.

Apart from the replaceble head system the biggest difference i see between the 'core' of a T atty and a C atty is the missing metal mesh around the ceramic cup of the C.
Does it make the flavour rendering on C's better than T's?

I tried an early rev of the eGo-T when they were FIRST released and you could only get them from Totally Wicked. I couldn't get through a single tank. Terrible. So if that's still what the eGo-T is like, I would say this is far better.
