I have been getting messages thanking me for my customer service and doing what I can to help them. I wanted to say thank you. Through all of the e-mails I get a day, I never know if I am doing a good enough job or if there is more I can do. Reading that I am actually helping and doing a good job, definitely makes me feel good about my efforts making sure that our customers are taken care of and happy with me doing the best I can. So again, thank you guys so much and I will continue to try going above and beyond to help everyone. Without you guys, VB would not be where we are and we appreciate our customers more and more everyday!!!
