Thanks LF For My Steel Riva SE

The Steel Riva SE I ordered came in on Friday. It took 13 days to get here but that included Canada Customs so It's all good. The attached picture does not do it justice I can assure you and I am sure once I start parading this around town there will be more orders going in.

Ty, thanks a ton for the tireless effort you put in to help out and satisfy all your customers. You have no idea how appreciated this is. This was my first purchase from Liberty Flights but I can assure you that it was only one of many more to come. It is customer service like this that will bring clients back again and again.

I've been using my SE Riva Stainless Steel batteries for 7 to 10 days and I love them too. I hope we see the SE Stainless Steel Riva as a permanent item at Liberty Flights.

Thank very much for the pics. There aren't any images of the steel SE's on the LF site currently. I too am holding out for the next shipment, cuz I want the chrome accents rather than the gold.

The black SEs are in and listed currently, so it shouldn't be much longer.

I started with the steel SE and have loved it since the day I bought it. Ordered a 2nd kit for spare parts, but ended up giving it to my mother to get her off of analogs. Ordered a titanium kit and ended up giving it to a coworker. Now awaiting more steel kits to finally get my 2nd kit. First set is still going strong!

I'm watching those quantity numbers on the black SEs drop pretty fast, almost 40 sold just since Friday!

Were the steel SEs in the same batch as the black ones and just haven't made it onto the site, or were they arriving in a different shipment?

My entire Riva kit has packed it in. Both batteries and atomizers died. I sent Ty an email. No doubt it will all work out.

Ouch! Hope you have a backup pv. Wonder what happened with your Riva's?

Thanks for your concern Paula. This was the Steel Riva SE kit that I posted the pics on. Ty had already replaced the first failed battery a few weeks ago. The first atty failed right after that battery died. I emailed Ty and told him about the first atty failing as well but told him not to worry about it due to the cost of shipping a replacement atty and because I had plenty more on hand.

Last night all was fine then out of the blue the second atty stopped working, the activation button on the battery flashed 3 times and both were dead. This is now the entire Steel SE kit dead in 10 weeks. Needless to say I am not happy about it but on that note I am not worried about it as I know how Ty and LF handles problems like this.

Luckily I have my old Black Riva as a backup and am currently using that with no problems. I will post updates as things progress.

I will be sending the bad atty's and batteries back in hope they can find out what is going on with the Rivas.
