Im new to this vaporizing venue of nicotine ingestion but I am succeeding in tapering off smoking dramatically. I have reservations about the juice we use but after a noble investigation on my part and the willing and honest effort of Dave from Valley Vapor to inform me about his supplier in China, (Gudang) who ha the most to lose if they deceive the public as to the quality and purity of the nicotine juice we ingest, I feel confident in its use in my joy e-cig. I further would like to disclose that Dave has been vigilant in his attempt to keep quality control and warranty issues in integrity, meaning that if you genuinely have a defective part covered within the 30 day warranty period , he will humbly and swiftly, honor that warranty by sending you a replacement after he receives the bad part back.
I had a dysfunctional expensive 1000mah battery go belly up only a few days after I got it, and it just fell apart at the seams, a very wierd situation and Dave replaced it with no hassel. Of course he was curious as to how the thing fell apart so fast and was a s bewildered as I but as we all know things do fail. I also have to say that these days there are some people that like to exploit the good nature of others by being deceitful in warranty replacements of stuff, like laptops, and other electronics that can sour any supplier to feeling good about warranty replacements without good and valid explanations, which I understand being in the computer repair business, but Valley Vapor is good for their word and will take care of you. We all must be in integrity and show patience with each other in this day and age, but valley Vapor is an honest supplier and I will stay with him and recommend him . thanks. Taperman
