A possible bad batch of RY4

Hello, I received my order (22663), very fast considering the distance. Thanks for that. But there seems to be a problem with the 110ml bottle of RY4 that was included. It seems to be spoiled or is mixed with some sort of petroleum product, it tasted very much like plastic. I vaped several drops of it and it does not taste safe. I have read many good things about your HC RY4, I can't believe this is what others have tried and likes so much.

How should I proceed?

Thank you for your post here. i am sorry for the problem with our RY4. we will look into it and send you a free new 110ml Ry4 next week when we get a new batch.

amy this rubber/chemical tasting RY4 has been going on a while. have you contacted the company to find out what ingredient is doing this? I suspect it's chinese PG, or they are mistakenly using PEG which does have a chemical smell.

all of us who got bad bottles would never order it again until this problem is cleared up once and for all. please get your recipe straightened out, because when it's good it's very good when it's bad, it has to be flushed.

we have found the problem. the original ejuice is good when it is made at the beginning. the bad smell is caused by the containers that we used to keep HC ejuice before we bottle them. now we use new containers and fix the problem.

amy that is great news! so did the OP get some old stock why his recent Ry4 order had the same smell? i'd like to order again, but i'm still scared it will be chemical smell. once it's cleared up i'd be happy to order again.

no need to replace mine amy. you already replaced the changed Dekang Ry4 recipe for HC ry4 a couple months ago (?). That's what turned me on to how good your HC Ry4 was, until i got a 110ml bottle that was nasty rubber tasting. My friends all ordered at the same time and theirs was nasty too.

let me know how mauzey's could have been bad if you've changed your containers since then. like i said once the problem is cleared up for good, i'll order again. it's nothing against you amy. you've always had very good customer service. it's just once you smell/taste that rubber chemical smell, you don't ever want to smell it again lol

Was wondering the same thing...did they recently, since the OP posted that his order was sent, find the problem? If it was before, why did his go bad? Are you sure it's not the 110 ml bottles that are bad? I have not had a problem with my little bottle but have not tried my 40mL bottle yet.

This is why I am looking into purchasing colored glass containers. I will be making an order with a bottle company in the near future to store my liquids. If you have ever thought about offering these, I would rather keep my orders with you. I have always preferred all of my drinks in glass containers due to taste transferring from plastic or aluminum to the drink, so it seems natural to have glass for my eliquid too.

As a side note, I would like to say that I have purchased both Dekang, and Health Cabin juices, and find the Health Cabin to be superior. It may just be that I first started vaping Health Cabin juices first, but I have sampled many suppliers and am still ordering more from Health Cabin.

i totally agree. the HC branded juice is spot on for nicotine strength and the 80/20 PG/VG mix is a very nice vape. I don't know what used containers they were storing their liquids in before bottling, but i'll wait until i get the all clear from reviewers before ordering again. HC's RY4 is a great recipe when it's not contaminated.

yes i know the bad smell well. so we were concerned about it. we plan to send freebie to customers as soon as all new containers are ready.

The HC RY4 flavor is the same used in the HC RY4? I have both on 110ml and the my 110ml of flavor is almost gone, I love it but my 110ml of RY4 premixed is intact, I just cant vape it, really bad.

Thanks for the replay, my order on the RY4 ejuice was the #20825. Im expecting to order some more flavor after the holidays, only less than 1/4 remaining of my bottle.

Mine that I ordered in November in 1 10mL and 1 40 mL bottles are just fine. Taste very nice.

It's not great customer service if nothing is actualy done about the issue, I did not want any freebies, just a replacement for a toxic product. It seems to be just a lesson learned.

we do always keep your replacement in mind. but we have not sent it out via china airmail, because we hated that your order would sit with thousands of packages at airport if we did send it out now. as we know, now many packages via china airmail to the usa are stuck at airport.

we are waiting for a good news from the post office. when airmail is getting back to normal and stable, we will send your replacement order and let you know the tracking number soon.

hi amy, i have got a problem.

My 1st order arrive to me 6 days ago and i have been vaping since then. I order 13 bottles of 10ml liquid from HC in which 12 of them r from Dekang n 1 from HC. After trying out some of the liquid i realise some of them had this plastic taste in them. Those who has got this plastic taste belong to Dekang.

So i want to know is it safe to vape with these liquid that has got this plastic taste? Although i find it alrite to vape with these liquids but i still feel toxic, thats y i dont dare to inhale deeply once i tasted plastic.

Btw ur HC cool mint flavour is awesome!!!! I like them very much.
