I have been talking to Steve on skype just now about a site called Electronic Cigarettes, Inc. And when I first started I googled Vapor King, I came across their site. Now I found out that they STOLE Vapor4Life's Vapor King, and I called them to return it. They told me to keep it sealed, and return it, so once I did I called them (Electronic Cig) and said I sent it in the mail that day. I watched my bank account and a week later I called, and they said they never got it. So I forwarded them the tracking information and they still refused to refund me.
I went to the chat on the ECF and they pointed me to Vapor 4 Life, and they said that their a decent company, but behind in the times. Well I placed my first order with Vapor4Life, and let me tell you, the vendor in the mall, e cig inc, all these companies, got blown away by V4L. I fought with Eciginc to get a refund for a month, and it never came.
With Steve and Vapor 4 Life, when there is an issue, they say they are truely sorry and they send out a new order for you, there is no hassle of sending the old order back, no nothing. They treat you like they want to be treated and that is what made me a life long customer.
I have been with Vapor4Life for about 2 years now, and I can not say they have once ripped me off, disjointed me, scammed me, or anything. Yeah orders get messed up, and this and that happens, but let me tell you, once an order is messed up and you call them they get it fixed right away for you. I can count on one hand how many orders got messed up, since my two years of ordering from them.
I also have tried the saber touch mod, and let me just say that, that thing is the biggest piece of junk compared to the Vapor King battery. Using V4L cart's and such on it, it produced no vapor, no throat hit, no nothing. With the Vapor King, it produces the highest Vapor and Throat hit that I have tried, and I have tried Igo's or Egos or whatever they are called, and they are horrible compared to Vapor Kings.
I have given out atleast 100 cards, to random people and I hope they have ordered from V4L.
