I have dealt with V4L for over a year, and I can be dead ... honest when I say 3 orders of mine were messed up and 1 was my fault so it was only 2. They have the BEST CS IMO, and they will do what they can, when they can to fix ANYTHING with NO cost of shipping your your behalf. I think that is great, because other companies will say "Oh no, we do not have it" And it is a hastle to get your money back.
