A problem that has been bothering me very long, please help...

I hv been vaping few months,
since last week, one of my tank has a problem,
When I vape, the e-liquid always go through the drip tip to my tongue...
I am pretty sure I twist everything very very tight.. and it's a new atomizer...
The liquid tastes awful...makes me want to die...
please help.....

I find that humidity leads to leaking through the drip tip, but if you are in SF you don't have a humidity problem. Sounds like you might have too thin a juice (high PG) and maybe you are using a voltage too high for the coil. What is the coil ohm rating and what is the voltage you are vaping at? What percentage PG/VG juice are you using? Is this happening with multiple juices? Have you tried a different tank/juice?

I have been vaping that juice for few weeks... but it only happens on this tank...

maybe go for a 50-50 pg/vg mix, the pg tends to have more viscosity than vg, as well as your cartomizer in your tank might be flooded, therefor when you inhale/suck for a hit the juice is over saturated in the wicking within the cartomizer and then *flowing in to your mouth.

Maybe, the coil is dirty and slowing down flow and vapor so you are taking stronger hits on it. Certain juice flavours dirty up the coil faster and maybe the draw is tighter because of this or that particular tank has the coil on tighter causing less wicking?

The wick may be too small on that head or too small for the juice you're using. - heads vary widely from piece to piece. Spitting of juice is usually too little wick, or too thin a juice. Or, it is with my mini.

If you feel like taking the head partially apart, you could take the chimney off, and expose the wick, and put about a rice grain of cotton on top of the existing flavor wicks (flavor wicks float over the wick and coil), replace the chimney, and see if that helps. if not, try another head. They're cheap enough, and you can use the head that's spitting with another flavor later on.

are you possibly getting juice in the middle tube when filling? does your coil have the rubber part on it cause i have same coils and without the rubber part leaves a gap and if you have high pg it might be thin enough to leak

Do NOT crank it down super tight. That can cause that issue you're talking about. Instinct is to tighten something if it's leaking. With tanks, that's the last thing you want to do.

Thank you u guys so much! I just fixed my tank,
I saw this video Flavor Wicks In Or Flavor Wicks Out - Thats The Question - YouTube
And then I added one more cotton on my flavor wicks, and then it's fixed
I guess it's because my juice is too thin. Thank you everyone for helping ^_^_^_^_^_^_^

But I am wondering is 3 flavor wicks too much?lol
