Afternoon fellow vapers. I have been having issues with vaping.

I've been looking for and ideal PV for 100% VG liquids cause I can't vape anything with PG due to the allergy I have with it. I bought an eGo with an LR 306 atty and it killed my battery. Soon I found out the reason why my battery died was that the atty was 1.5v. I'm trying to lessen my frustration and prevent my gf from killing me from spending much money on PV's :danger:

My suggestion is to get a solid pv that can take a large battery. I would suggest the Silver Bullet from Altsmoke. It uses an 18650 battery for 3.7 volt vaping (I recommend AW IMR 18650). The SB can also use the 4.8 volt NiMH battery and 2 3 volt batts for 6 volt vaping.

For vaping at 3.7 volts pick up some Ikenvape or Cisco low resistance atomizers or the 1.7ohm Smoktech sing coil cartomizer known as the Resurrector from Crystal Clear Vaping and some higher ohm atomizers for high volt vaping. Also, pick up some Dual Coil cartomizers for high volt vaping.

I've gone through a lot of lesser priced PVs and they just don't compare to most of the higher priced ones. The Silver Bullet is awesome.

Just my 2 cents.

I vape Dekang VG on plain Joye 510s and Rivas, no problems, but I don't use LR attys. Equipment isn't always the issue, imo. There is VG juice and there is VG juice, depends on the maker/vendor and specific juice. Some wick better than others.

Some say they use LR attys with eGo batts, depends what is LR. Here's a table from Madvapes (what they say anyway): Why resistance and voltage is important!

@tricci: I shop at altsmoke all the time and when I saw the silver bullet months ago I fell in love. I want to get it but my gf is also a vaper and we thought purchasing the eGo would be fine for the battery life cause she goes through 510 batteries like no other.

@JustaGuy: *rubs eyes* Someone who can vape VG on plain 510s? This is a miracle. I've wanted to try Dekang VG but didn't know of a good supplier. Any suggestions?

I have found that the thickness(viscosity?) of 100% VG varies much, I have some from americaneliquidstore that is like veggy oil(I like the taste) and the VG from libertyflights is quite a bit thinner, and the thinnest is from Johnson Creek, ecblends, and virgin vapor. I use the libertyflights and thinner in EMDCC's and 510 cartos and haven't clogged one up yet

To be fair you can get super minis which come with VG only juice as standard (see anything by intellicig and their VG only ECOpure liquid).

It is true though some P.V's are better then others with the stuff, my reo mini for example much prefers a more PG based mix, has trouble Sqonking the thick stuff up there!

The silver bullet suggestions not a bad one, it's a very good P.V, if maybe a little pricey. Maybe an E-power 18650? It's a bit of a beast and 510 threaded, you should be ok with that. It probably all comes down to delivery method though really. Some cartomizers don't like 100% VG very much and some attys don't either. I haven't a vast amount of experience with this (I prefer the flavour of PG over 100% VG) though I've never had much trouble with clearomizers or map tanks with heavy VG mixes. Nor for that matter direct dripping on a standard 510 atty.

Juice I make is base VG nic, I add more VG some flavoring and 3%water. I use a box mod I made and I drip. I have no problems other than my flavoring destroying my battery connector, and melts my box if it leaks and I don't wipe it off within 10 mins. No problems a little sanding makes it all smooth again a new connector can be put on in about 5 mins. This is why I love box mods. You make them yourself, you fix them yourself. Takes about 20 mins to make one, faster if you prep extra supplies to where all you have to do is solder. I have to poke my dropper bottle with a paper clip cuz the juice is still a lil thick to come out easy.

If you don't wanna screw you pc up, get a wall adapter that puts out the desired mah and vape on. Box mods don't cost much to make. Most expensive thing in box mod is the charger for batteries.

Hey jeremy I got my VG there too. Have you tried the djarum black clove? That is awesome.

Yes, I perform miracles. Kidding. :D

The only place I have personally tried Dekang VG and know it's genuine is @ Cignot, here's link https://www.cignot.com/category_s/38.htm. You can order some 5 ml samples there. I order by the liter now!

Also check out "Dekang" threads in the E-Juice subforum. Others have offered vendors there, but I don't know if they have VG.

I understand where you're coming from. It works as beautifully as it look. Have you considered the E-Power 14650. It's just a little bigger than an Ego (same style), but the cool thing is that it has a user replaceable battery and is a true 3.7 volt device. True 3.7 volts should help with the VG. I use 100% VG juices daily and I've found more power helps.

Happy vaping!

I took a look at the E-Power 14650 and I'm considering on getting one since it's like the eGo but has a replaceable battery which is great.

I always wanted to try a box mod but I was too lazy on how to make one. OMG I love Djarum black. I used to smoke those all the time cause people would never want to bum any off of me.
