you can recover the juice by putting the tip of the bottle into the fill hole and "pulse" squeezing the bottle to suck out the juice while the atty is right side up. Or simply, unscrew the top and pour out the juice into the container.
Other option is to cover the air holes and take a puff to saturate the wick every few puffs to finish the tank before you rebuild it.

All of this.

I primer puff until I have a chance to rewick and suck the juice out with dropper cap to recover it but I rarely have to do that. Once you get your wicking down, you won't have to worry about it except that once every blue moon "oops".

I'm such an idiot! Thanks for the quick help guys. I can use a syringe to suck up the juice from the fill hole and put it back in the container. Once properly wicked, how long does it last for you?

Well that depends on how much you vape..one tank tank a day or 3 tanks a day? I generally dry burn and re-wick every two days, sometimes everyday, but then I go through at least 10-15ml a day on dual-coil attys. My coils can last a month or longer if built properly.

I use a plastic tip syringe that fits nicely against the fill port. While you can't get every last drop, you can save the majority of it.

How long it lasts will depend on the liquid you're using, the power you're putting to it, and your build.

I vape NETs in mine, and the coil is pretty gunked after 2 or 3 tanks. My wife, on the other hand, vapes a simple peppermint liquid with higher PG, and she can go 5-7 tank fulls before needing a re-wick.
