Hi guys, i've been smoking for 8-9 years. never really went over 1 pack a day; most of the time it's just 3-10 a day. In fact during those 8-9 years, i have even quit for months before, once even for half a year almost...

But the hard thing with analogs even after you've quit for months is that, when you do start smoking (due to special occassions, it's hard to drop it lol and then i would go on a 2 week smoking binge) =\ and now everytime i smoke one i feel so guilty!!

I'm really considering buying a Joye 510... however, there seems to be a law suit pending and the future of this industry is not set in stoned, and that's kinda holding me back 'cuz i wouldn't want to buy it now and then have it gone to waste 'cuz companies aren't allowed to sell these products.

actually, they can't stop the sale of atomizers and carts right? lol :)

i think i may be overthinking it a bit hehe

also a question about PCC and passthrough.. since i'll be getting a kit, most likely from cignot.

i'm thinking about getting the $62 package which includes 2 cigarettes (i'm thinking one auto and one manual?) or should i go 2 manuals?

in addition, should i go with the PCC or passthrough? the pcc is the ac charger right? it doesn't have the usb cable that hooks up to the computer?

and the passthrough is the one with usb?

also, what is this about modded batteries for 510... and the 6v thing i keep hearing about?

I went out and bought the exact same thing you are describing on Saturday from cignot. First off the laides over there have already shipped my order. I got the PCC and the passthrough. The mod you are hearing about is a battery modification that will allow your battery to last much longer than 2 hours... I am prolly going to be ordering the Chuck for mine... looks a little akward but i think I can deal to prevent recharging.

Getting 1 auto and 1 manual battery is good to start with, that way you can decide which works better for you

A PCC (personal charging case) is a portable charger that lets you recharge a battery 4-5 times before it needs to be recharged. It comes with a Mini USB cable.

A Passthrough is a device that replaces your normal battery that you plug into a USB port for consistent power.

A Mod is a device that holds bigger and more powerful batteries. Most are custom made. You can get them with connectors for 801, 901 and 510. They also have the capability of running at 3.7 volts, 5 volts and 6 volts

i'm thinking of getting the 510. which is the best vendor ?

i was thinking of getting it from cignot, but they dont really allow you the choice of selecting it in different colors. they only have the black one i think.

also, the liquids that they allow you to choose. they are all 24,25mg i think. i wished they have something lighter like 14-16mg or something. 'cuz i dont really smoke that much these days.. like maybe 2-4 cigs a day.

=\

and what is a good liquid to get?

You can still get the 24-25mg liquid, and just vape a lot less. From my experience, 14-16mg doesn't really imitate the smoking experience. And the liquid you should get depends on what kind of cigarettes you used to smoke. There are many different tobacco flavors, and I would suggest getting a few different kinds to see which ones you like the best.

You could also try rockymountainvapor.com I've dealt with them. The products and shipping are very good, their shipping is actually free for anything over $14, and their flavor/mg selection is much wider.

I hope that helps.
