I personally use Google Reader to manage anything I want to keep an eye on.

Its basically an RSS reader so it continually monitors any site that has RSS feeds and displays them so nicely. I can then easily mark ones I want to keep an eye on and refer back too.

I have all the ecig forums there in one category so I can read all the forums at once.
