Hey everyone - this is pretty damned strange, and I can't even begin to figure out what's going on.... I'm going to try the vbulletin technical support to see if they know.

Just fyi in the meantime, I've never changed any of the vBulletin settings to do with skype.

I'll post back when I have an answer.....
