A Question for those who own a Surefire King mod

Not sure if this is the right page but since I'm still kind of new to vaping I've decided to post here.
I am currently using the nimbus atty with a 18650 dual coil set up at .4 ohms with the King. My problem is, everyone seems to say the King is a hard hitter with its copper contact pins, and its performance wasn't bad. but when I put the nimbus on my k100 with the same 18650 battery, it hits twice as hard and give better flavor and vapor temperature is warmer.

Now my question is, is there something wrong with my King mod?

Edit: another thing I forgot to mention is that the King heats up way faster than the k100

well i don't own eather one but I would think that if you are comparing them, one being new and the other being well used. there is a bit of "brake-in" on mech mods. sometime shorter sometimes longer. keep using the king let it ware in a bit and or check the mod out some more to make sure. same battery and atty and juice in the atty.

sorry now that i reread your post mybe your K hundo has be worn in. if the K hundo is new it would still have chrome plating on the pins and that has worn off. chrome sucks for connectivity. so it hits better??

Yeah the k100 hits way better than the king for some reason. On the k100 vapor is thicker, more flavorful and warmer, on the king it's thinner, less flavor and much cooler vapor temperature. I've had the k100 for about a month and a half and the King for about a month.

I bought the King about 2 weeks after I got the k100 so the k isn't that much older.
