Golden Greek slim is pretty closed to cig sized, and is hella reliable, 100% mechanical. It won't LOOK like an analog, though.

Wow, looks like a solid PV. It may even pass as a cigarillo. A cop I asked recently told me my chuck looked like a crack/.... pipe, and that if he saw me using it while driving, he'd pull me over. Thanks for the tip!

How is a stick with a red or orange light on the end of it more discreet? I'm pretty sure you'll get the same questions for anything you vape so why not use what you like?

is this a serious question, or are you just being facetious? Analogs have glowing red tips when they are smoked. A cig-sized PV with a glowing red tip will blend in way better than something with a blue/purple/green light on the end. The OP indicated that "what he would like" is something that closely resembles an analog. as far as PVs go, an 808 (or smaller mini style) with a red or orange tip is about as close to an analog as one will find. A while back I was using an ecig orange LED behind the bar, and the owner was initially speechless because he thought i was smoking behind the bar. That is how "a stick with a red or orange light on the end" is "more discreet."

I attend several functions a month where children and seniors are regularly present. As much as I love my chuck, to many of these people, it looks like drug paraphernalia, or at the very least, they'll ask me "what the hell is that thing"!?! I'm all for spreading the word and I do when the timing is right, but for these instances, I just want to have a couple of puffs in peace without going through the whole spiel.

i'm just gonna echo everyone's suggestions for the kr808d-1. the 808 works pretty well, and looks enough like a cigarette that you can blend in. obviously, go for a red/orange light, because a blue LED screams "not a cigarette!"

I've decided to get a couple of different units and this one is on my list, thanks for advice.

My 2cents would be the Puresmoker ace kit with one of their 380mah extended life batteries. Got one for a pal, and I really liked it. 29 bucks for the starter kit, and the extra battery was 13 or so dollars. Good kit. He's really been using the heck out of it, and had no complaints. Hope this helps.

Thanks, looks like that one is also a krd808d-1. Does the ext. life batt. simply increase the length?

Yeah, wasn't a fan. I used it in a chuck, and can also use two cr123a's in my kaji. Got four of them that I never really use lol, but keep around just in case something pops up and I want to try it out again. To me, it seemed like to much hassle. Always dripping, and the taste wasn't anywhere near what it was at 3.7v with the 18650 battery. Might give carto's a shot with 6v, but I'm pretty happy where I'm at.

That's what I use, cartos. Can't speak for others, but they really work for me. I fill up 3 of them in the morning and I'm good to go for the day. Every once in a while, I drip 5 or 6 drops in the battery end and that's it. My juice is Torque 56 from Halo, great stuff at any voltage.

Well, first things first: Do you wanna fit in with analog smokers (who are already treated like lepers in many situations) or do you wanna have a stealth device and be invisible about it? Either way, I vote for the KR808D battery. Fitting in with analog smokers means a white one. But a white one lessens stealth and you'll be treated like a leper just like other smokers are.

Personally, I prefer stealth. What works for me is a black KR808D with a blue light on the end, a 901-to-501 adapter, topped with a steel 501 LR atty and cart (with a spare cart, battery, and atty taken apart in a little sandwich baggie in my pocket). It's longer than a cig, looks like a black-and-chrome pen (especially after I put a silver colored pen pocket-clip on it ;-) ). Because of the color and length, nobody expects it to be a cig, so nobody thinks it is one. I just keep it my hand, fiddling with it like one might do with a pen, or put it in my shirt pocket like a pen. I cup the LED end in my hand when I press the button, which completely hides the light. If you practice for a bit, you can exhale with virtually zero visible vapor... or if you exhale after bringing a cup of coffee to your mouth, it looks like steam coming from the coffee. Was doing that just the other day in the hospital waiting room while my bride was having surgery (she's fine). It was kinda funny "smoking" in a hospital waiting room with nobody noticing. Somebody asked if they could borrow my pen to do a crossword puzzle... fortunately I had another one.

ps: Just looking at it, my bride figured she would not like it due to it's length. (With a std KR808 battery, it's about 6" long, with a mega 380 mah battery it's a bit longer.) But, after trying it, she likes it better because of the extra length... it just feel right in the hand... it's almost elegant somehow...

Sounds like a good rig for the movies, thanks for the tip.

Here is a picture of my white 510 with a boge softcap cartomizer. same length as a 100 analog. 510's work quite well imo. And it looks super sexy set up like that.
