I've been ordering from EA for months now with no complaints. My most recent order was missing an item and Taras took care of it and THEN SOME! 
Ever since my first order with EA, I have never shopped anywhere else! I've ordered several times with them and have found their customer service to be absolutely wonderful. My orders come quickly and they always reply to my emails same day, usually within a couple of hours or so.
For anyone thinking about trying EA, I highly recommend them! Great juice, great parts, and great prices! ~And the BEST service!!
