I gotta give a big shout-out to Roar and Hurricane vapor.
Shout-out #1: Last week, I ordered some juice from Roar vapor. When I went to check on the order, its website did not recognize my email address. I emailed Mike with some identifying info and he immediately corrected it. No fuse, no muss. All done within a couple of hours.
Shout-out #2: I ordered some juice from Hurricane vapor, also last week (I'm "testing out that new VAMO
"). When I got the tracking number and looked it up, it said that the shipment had been delivered to Mason, IA on Oct. 2012.

I live in MN and well. . . you know that it is not 2012!
I emailed Hurricane and got a quick response from Lisa who called USPS. Their story was that they recycle the tracking numbers and oh yeah they have to update that stuff, too. Lisa sent me the information from USPS and the updated estimated shipping date. She then emailed me the next day when she checked the tracking number herself to make sure it had been corrected.
This is great customer service. Some might say that this is how customer service should be in the first place, and that is a valid point. But when I experience service this responsive to the customer, I just got to give' em a big thumbs up!
