Great Experience - Roar Vapor

Hi All,

First time poster. mods, feel free to move this to reviews-Positive.

I recently ordered some juices from Roar, but never received them. Tracking showed that they had been shipped but never delivered, must've been lost in the mail. Without hesitation Mike from Roar remade and shipped my order free of charge. The juices are excellent and the customer service was fantastic. Just wanted to post this experience for anyone who hasn't tried them yet; I'm 100% sure I'll be a returning customer.

Hi Dan and welcome to ECF from someone who spent the first 18 years of my life in a southern suburb of Chicago. Not as many mountains in Chicago as near Denver, so this is where I've ended up. :)

It's always great to hear someone's positive customer service experience because we seem to hear a lot of the negative ones.

Hope you find ECF and the folks here as supportive and informative as I have found them to be. Namaste and happy holidays. I'll be talking to one of my nieces in Park Forest tomorrow morning to wish her a Merry Christmas, so it was nice to see your post from Chicago.
