How about giving the option of picking the flavors on the sample pack?
That's what stopping me from trying halo. I don't like menthol.

Now that they have new flavors, it would make sense. Back when they only had seven flavors, and all seven were on the sample pack... and four of the original seven are "tobacco", which I wasn't too thrilled about when I ordered the deluxe starter kit (which comes with a sample pack), but I find they don't really taste like tobacco, to me anyway - which is a good thing.

I have tryed many other "junkjluices" on the market and most i have tossed in the trash, After i placed a small order with halo i found the 3 different flavors i ordered to be outstanding menthol ice, freedom juice and also received a free sample of the malibu menthol that is now in their store i will not try anyother e-liquids from anyother makers "halo is heaven sent" its now my only supplier price is no problem when you receive a product that is worth the enjoyment from opening the bottle nutill its scuked dry
I must agree i wish they would sell their liquids in a much larger container to give a small price break to the heavy halo user if you have not tryed it please do so and after you receive it you will be hooked also

Here's the bottom line IMO, Halo has invested some money in to their business unlike others out there. just think about it... When you go to the Halo site, there is eye catching EVERYthing, unlike most sites where they sell tobacco juice with a picture of some tobacco, and cola juice with a picture of a glass of cola... They have BRANDING, and that costs money. It's simple business, if you invest more money to sell a product, you have to charge more. I don't think for a second that the eye catching emblems and branding hasn't infact made the juice BETTER in your mind, that being said, I will be trying other vendors because my wallet is light, and if the price of the juice were to drop I WOULD stick around... but I completely understand why this stuff is 20 bucks a bottle. It is quality juice, but simply too much $ for me at this juncture. Oh and if you try and say that it is not THAT much more, most vendors charge around 25% less for their juice, and shipping is the same... 40 bucks for 60 mils @ 3 mls a day = 2.00 a day.. too rich for my blood. with adding in cartos that puts me at about where I was smoking Pall Malls, and it was too expensive then, too expensive now. Although the quality of life is priceless. If I could afford it... I wouldn't be going anywhere else.

Hi SammyT,

Thanks for the feedback, its much appreciated. Perhaps I can provide a bit more insight to the costs of our products. All design is done in-house, so the cost is not nearly as much as you would expect. The true cost of our product is in the quality ingredients and the development of our nicotine base from scratch in our lab to cGMP specifications.

We use only USP grade PG/VG, along with 99.5%+ Nicotine in our nicotine base. In addition, our flavoring ingredients are FEMA/GRAS approved, and come from world class flavor houses. These flavorings are FDA approved food additives and many of our unique flavoring components do not come cheap.

Our chemists have a great deal of experience in drug development, custom synthesis of novel organic compounds, production of fine organic chemicals, and cGMP manufacturing of active pharmaceutical ingredients for pre-clinical and clinical studies. We are not a group of "garage chemists" like many of the other suppliers you may encounter, which is why we will not provide "made-to-order" e-liquid. To maintain high levels of QC, a product must be made in controlled batches.

We do try to provide promotions on a regular basis to ensure that everyone can enjoy our products, but we do have high costs to cover as well. Hopefully this helps to shed a little more light on why we consider Halo a "premium" product.
