I have 4 tanks, with a variety of flavors. I'd like some better way to store them than leaving them on their side on a paper towel - some kind of stand for my tanks, together or individually.

I'm considering making my own - either epoxying female 510 connectors into a board with appropriate holes drilled in it, or drilling and tapping a piece of aluminum, and possibly adding a drip well (would this be necesary?) to each hole.

Either way, I'm crunched for time and was wondering if such a product existed before fabricating my own.

cheers

I saw the redsky mods (thanks tybin) but i was thinking something a little more minimalist. I'm playing in cad now, and I'm wondering what sort of features I, and the rest of the community, would like. A few things i'm kicking about

1) I'd like a single tank holder, threaded, drip well
2) multi tank holder, threaded, possibly socket for battery

1) I'm picturing essentially the top of the provape, a truncated cone, with the well and then a threaded 510/whatever connector. Enough weight to nicely balance a full big tank with steel tip, aluminum for ease of work and industrial chic

2) still working on it. A longer bar of aluminum with spaced 510 sockets, maybe?

Anyway, interested to hear community ideas before i go about crafting my own.

cheers

These hold 3.5 tanks (w/drip tip) perfectly. SM model
Ammunition boxes for rifles by MTM Case-Gard™ - Plastic ammunition reloading boxes and cartridge cases
Each slot hold 2 standard cartos or 1 3.5 tank with tip.
For straight cartos (w/ tip), this is a perfect fit. - XS model
20 round sliptop ammo boxes by MTM Case-Gard™ - Plastic ammunition reloading boxes and cartridge cases
Gander Mountain has a good selection. I prefer the smoke grey. I label all my cartos and the case is transparent enough to read through.

Edit: both models are $4.99
