I just want to acknowledge a supplier from whom I have ordered but once, so far, but will definitely order from again. I purchased a Riva kit from VaporJunction, received it promptly, charged the batteries and left on a vacation. While away, I discovered that any atty or cartomizer that I put on one of the batteries hardly produced any vapor, but the other battery was just great.
On returning home, I tested the defective battery, fully charged, and could not get above 2.3 volts no matter what. A comparison test of my other 510s and the second Riva battery produced results of 3.1 to 3.4 volts.
I contacted Mr. Travis Clark of VaporJunction, who had no stock of black Riva batts, but offered to send out a white battery immediately, or a black one when stock came in. I received the white battery in just three days altogether, including two days in the hands of the USPS.
Great service! Mr. Clark of VaporJunction is standing behind what he sells, and taking care of his customers! A terrific supplier. (Especially considering a prior experience I had over a battery issue with another supplier who shall remain nameless...)
