ok. not sure if this is the right spot for this... but...
i got a bottle of Totally Wicked tobacco high 18mg about a week ago, the juice is great. tastes good, a nice hit... but whats weird is if i vape the stuff all day it feels like im itchy underneath my skin... everywhere... now i dont know if this is a coincidence that i vaped this stuff all day on a day that my allergies were really bad anyway, but this also happened when i first got it, but not to sucha degree as last sunday.
no other brand of juice does this to me.... i have three other brands in my collection of juices and TW is the only one that does this to me....
OK. so i guess my question would be if any one else has had this dilemma?
or is it just an insane coincidence?
ive read about the allergic reactions to PG and i dont get any of those symptoms.... just itchy.
any help would be appriciated....:(

hmmm. thought of that. but all the other liquid ive been vaping before TW was 18mg as well....
tried a 24 and 36 before i cut them down with glycerine.... and i didnt get itchy... just felt like my heart was walking next to me asking me what the hell i was thinking....

hmm, maybe it's something else then. I smoke TW too, but it's 36mg, so I kinda assume it's the dosage. I'm working on raising my tolerance.
Got some unflavoured 36 on order from China, so I'll be able to compare them then.

I guess the answer is - vape a different manufacturer's juice.

I wonder, can people be "a bit" allergic? Or is it an all or nothing thing? I don't know - I have no identifiable allergies.

In a house.

Then don't use TW for a while. Use the other brands for a while and if the itching disappears then try the TW again. If you itch again then it's the TW.

I itch all the time but that's because i don't wash.

It could even be too much starch in your diet.

It could be too much starch in your shorts....:lol::lol:

I found the TW juice does have a bit more "punch" to it then other liquids. Maybe there's something else in it which increases the throat hit but that you're allergic to...

I would second that...

I can maybe be totally off-track here, but the first thing that popped in my mind reading the OP post is that nicotine is a vasoconstrictor. Having your blood vessels shrinked can, in my own humble opinion, be a trigger for the itchy feeling.

As for why it happens to you only with TW liquid, i really dunno. I have speculated with a fellow forum member that TW can be using a different (we said "better", but whatever) nicotine formulation, key to their famous throat hit. Nicotine makes the back of your throat gasp.

All of the above is speculation done by a random no-one, take it with a grain of salt.

It can very well be an allergy of you to whatever else, having nothing to do with vaping.

My first guess would be too much nic and I'd lower the strength or trade off between 18 and 11 throughout the day. I've read many good things about the quality of TW e-liquid so it may be that you are actually getting 18mg like the bottle says lol. Since a lot of e-liqs are PG based and are not causing you problems, I'll make the allergic reaction to PG a long shot 2nd guess. I don't know if you're only vaping a certain flavor, but a third thing to consider would be that particular TW flavor.

yea... i just cant stop puffing... and, yes i thought the same thing that perhaps TW uses a higher or 'actual' nicotine percentage...
kinda was freaking out about it... im glad so many of you replied! thanks for all your help.
ive been switching between 18mg and 16 through out the day.... and when i vaped 24mg in mid afternoon, i do believe some of you had the right assumption, that it is TOO much nicotine causeing the itchiness...
now any one have any ideas on when they get juice in their battery? my battery is not working think i dripped too much :(

My son kept telling me he was having a reaction to the juice we were vaping,
I was ok with it, he was not, so I ordered some Ecopure juice from Intellicig to
see if that works for him. Its supposed to be pg free.

The most liquids have pg. I felt the symptoms only with TW. Its an ingredient in witch I am allergic maybe, I cant explain it otherway.

ps.....Its not that the nic I used was high because TW was 8mg nic and now I am smoking 24 mg and no problem.

I am now start thinking that TW liquid was my first liquid and I vaped a lot so maybe now that my body has used the pg. If I vape TW now, I supose that I will have no problem

Ohh nooo. Not sure there is a fix for that. Some peeps stand the battery LED up hoping for a liquid drain others have actually tried to suck the liquid out of the battery with their mouth (yuck). I trashed mine when that happened. I was using my steam cleaner and I guess the steam going into the little battery hole was enough to kill it. I don't steam clean batteries anymore

p.s. Since then I have read in the modders forum where some are looking for dead batteries. If I had known, I would have passed it on to them.
