My Buzz Pro went on it's maiden airplane ride yesterday and caught the attention of the good old TSA at the San Fran Airport. I kind of expected the worst, and ,well, was a little dissapointed.

I was puttin' back on my clothes, shoes, etc. and hear the TSA guy ask "I need to check your bag, Is there anything in here that's gonna blow up or harm me?" I said "Yep.........."

"What's that", he says. batteries, I tell him. "batteries for what?" "For my E-cigarette", I said. He then opens my zip-lock baggie with my Buzz Pro minus carto and batts, 6 loose batts, about 5 cartos, and 3 bottles of juice. "These?", he asks, pointing to the batts. "Yep......"

He picked up the BP, "This thing is an Electronic Cigarette?" "It's huge!"

I felt a grin coming on but held back the urge to tell him you know what.

So he took everything back to the other TSA guy, discussed it for a few, and threw the baggie back at me. "That's it", he said.

I said "That's what??, er, nevermind. Cool", see ya!", and proceeed on my way to the gate. Vaped in the restroom since I was a little self conscious. Needless to say, the restroom smelled a lot better when I left.

Let you know if I get cavity searched when I leave Kansa City on Friday, lol.

Funny stuff! Don't know if I'd pack the IPro on the carry on tho...LOL Wifey said mine looked like some kind of surgical erectile tool>>>>>>>>>:p

Problem with not packing it as carry on is, with the new per bag charges for checking, I always try to pack everything as carry on!

You need to start taking Wharf Rat Air. It's very nice and no searches.

BTW for those interested I got the last stitches out of my eye and can see 100% better. Still not completely clear and I have another operation on it, AGAIN, but I'm happy I can see as good as I can. Oh and I confessed about putting nic juice in it and he said it probably didn't hurt it any. Whew.

I traveled with my Buzz in my jacket pocket, out of Pittsburgh on Sept. 11, and only got the standard question "what is that?" when I put it in the change/keys/ect... box. I had my spare batteries and atomizers in the laptop bag and the juice in a ziploc bag like I would with the toiletries. No issues at all. I think they are seeing a lot more ecigs at the airports so the people don't seem surprised by them. I had expected the third degree treatment due to it being the 10th anniv. but it fine.

I had my stuff separate as well. Juice in the zip lock liquids bag, batteries, cartos and two tanks in a small leather pouch in my purse and two buzz pros in another leather pouch in my purse.

Yes, you would assume people would be on edge on that day. We had to fly out of Kalispell into New York the day they allowed planes to fly right after 9/11 for my grandfathers funeral. It was a very stressful day to travel and when we got to New York we seemed to be the only people arriving... the airport was jammed pack with people leaving the country to go home!

And yes... Kalispell runway was paved even back then :p
