Hello forum members,
I have been vaping for about 4 or 5 months now and have become somewhat obsessed with it. I love vaping! It is a fantastic hobby!
I am an American, currently living in England where I work, but hope to be back in the USA in about 1 year. vaping is not quite as big here as I think it is in the US. Brits take this up as a temporary thing to try to quit smoking. They use vaping devices that vaguely look like cigarettes, smoke them like cigarettes, and even use tobacco flavored liquid that vaguely tastes like tobacco. Nevertheless, I was able to find one shop called "Tobacco Not Included" which had some ego-style batteries and similar mini tanks.
Then I went on vacation to the USA and found a vape shop where I purchased a Vamo and a Nautilus. At this point, I was really hooked. It wasn't long before I had 18650 batteries for my Vamo and a second Nautilus. After a few months, though, I stripped the threads on the Vamo. I have since ordered a new top cap and fixed the device, but in the meantime I purchased an iTaste 134 mod and tried out a few more tanks, including the Kanger Aerotank Mega.
At this point, I realized that I was not going to get any bigger flavor or vapor clouds with these tank-based systems and so I started purchasing the things I would need to move to RDAs and build my own coils. I now have a few great RDAs and some mechanical mods, and a few more coming that I am waiting for in the mail. I barely touch the tank-based systems anymore because the vape from these is just awesome.
I am glad that there is a vaping community online to share techniques about this great pastime.
