Today i recieved a vivi nova in the mail, and a complete waste of money. I wanted to switch from cartos because the seem to loose flavor extremely fast but last forever. So i had my hopes up for the VIVI and totally let down, Ive tried several mods here on ecf and none seem to work. Is there any suggestions to the best delivery system aside from dripping ? I have Boge SR and Volcano carts and both work great at first then loose flavor after about 2 -3 days of vaping

Some people love them, others hate them. I think they are okay. I don't like the flavor on anything that uses a carto so I don't like a lot of the tank systems. I just don't. I prefer clearos and was very excited about the new Kangers, but they are too airy for me. I always try new things and then end up going back to stardusts with the replaceable heads because they work best for me--don't leak, good flavor, good vapor, and I can easily unscrew the head and put a new one on. BUT, a lot of people hate them, so whatd'ya gonna do? :)

I am enjoying my ViVi Novas. I have pretty much given up and thrown all my T3's in the trash, too many problems, some leak, some flood, some just taste awful. Have had no issues at all with my Novas, vapor and flavor is spot on for me, no leaking, no flooding and I have 3 going right now.

Maybe I just have not had anything better but I like the Nova a lot. Went from filling my own Boge cartos to the kanger t2 and T3 then Novas and each step was in the right direction for me.

I did just order a few of the new Innokin Iclear dual coil clearomizers as I have heard great things about them so maybe that will be the next step.

I also ordered a few of the smoktech dual coil tank systems, so maybe that will be even better.

I've been there. The best devices I've found for flavor are bottom feeders. I have Vmods, the Vmod XL is a great device. I also have a Reo Woodvil, I really like it too. Other than the bottom feeders, the best flavor I get comes from a Vision Eternity RBA, and a Pheonix TBC-2 RBA. Excellent Flavor from all these!!!!!

I love my Vivi Novas, but only because I decided to rebuild them. While there is a fair learning curve with that, it's worth it when one masters it, IMO.

The few factory heads that I have used ranged from acceptable to good, because of variations in the coil/wick, though. I remember that it took awhile for the flavor to come through well, with the longer-wicked ones.

If you're interested in trying rebuildables, I'd suggest an A7 or a Phoenix as an entry point into that venture. I prefer the A7 for it's more optimal center airflow, but otherwise they both are drippers with a pretty good-sized well, so that you can drip a bit less often.

Standard cartos are probably the most consistent delivery device out there, IMO, but I hate the filler in them. If I can taste it (which I can) then it means it's chemicals are being leeched into the juice, IMO.

at first I liked the VN (didn't know better) but on a lark I got a cheap Ce5 & it tastes better then VN. I have 3 VN & 3 puffs the flavor is gone & all three leak at the coil threads. I wasted probably 15 ml in one month with these things. Get yourself a RBa. I have an AGA-T coming Monday. My VN's will go in the basement. Waste of money for me.

I think we may have danced this dance before. My experience has been just the opposite of yours. I used MINI VN from LiteCig and they sucked. Muted flavor and MASSIVE leaks, gurgling, juice in the mouth, juice on the battery, etc. I've been buying my T3s from Discount Vapors and they rock! No leaks and great taste. Good luck on your quest.

I've had great luck with them. As far as reviews go, Busardo liked them a lot. I don't get all the complaints but stuff happens.

I also use carto tanks and they probably get the edge. I've put metal tubes on my vivi nova's, no idea if it changed the taste but I've used them a long time. No big deal.

I too have been on the search for the perfect way to vape, I have not tried the vivi novas though just because quite a few reviews say they tend to mute the flavor. I finally decided to just stay with my 5 ml dct tank. It got so expensive experimenting with new things! Thats the biggest part of my addiction to e-cigs lol, i love to shop for new juices, hardware. I've got enough to last me a few months haha. I'm always chasing the mailman. I decided recently to cut myself off lol. Hope you find what you're looking for, and if you find something awesome be sure to repost!
